Joshua began exercising in his gymini today, and had quite a work out punching his new elephant rattle.
Smile Patrol: The last few days have seen many smiles, some of them even in response to a goofy face. However, these smiles remain sufficiently unpredictable so as to have yet avoided capture by camera. While smiles are pleasant, the real test for a developing sense of humor is when a pun wins a grin.

Oooh--the exercise gym. Graham only gets to play with this in the nursery at church onaccount his parents are too tight to buy him one. Lucky Josh.
The exercise gym, as well as most of Josh's other containers (e.g. swing, bouncy seat, high chair) are from my officemate. With his three-year-old twins and a 20-month-old, he and his wife called it quits. They already had two of everything anyway. We are very grateful.
We got a lot of our stuff second-hand, as well. Thank God for a fertile church family!
